PERMATA Seni – As part of human creativity and talent, the arts could serve as a lifetime companion for an individual who desires to lead a civilized, cultured and disciplined life. The arts is divided into different disciplines and can be sowed and disseminated through both formal and informal means.

PERMATA Kurnia is part of the PERMATA programme initiated by YABhg. Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor. The PERMATA programme is a multi-pronged approach aimed at giving children a head start in life through quality early childhood education and care, as well as identifying and nurturing their different talents to the optimum potential. In line with the Convention on the Rights of a Child, we view all children as precious and no child should be left behind, especially in education.

PERMATA Pintar – Malaysia is a country that places great emphasis on the development of excellent human capital that is well-equipped to face the evolving challenges of today and tomorrow. For YABhg. Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor, bright children are the country’s most valuable assets that need to be cared for and nurtured.

Perkasa Remaja – The youth of this generation are often associated with misbehaviour and social issues. The World Youth Report estimates that 25 per cent of youth are categorised as ‘At-Risk Youth’. This means that they are likely to be involved in activities of misconduct due to their marginalised life, low socio-economic status, and the lack of opportunity to realise their true potential.
