Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, TARC is one of private institution of higher learning in Malaysia. Named after the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, the institution was founded in 1969 known as Tunku Abdul Rahman College or TAR College then by the Malaysian Chinese Association (‘MCA’). In 2013, the college was upgraded to a university college.TAR University College was built on the vision to be a distinguished higher learning institution acknowledged locally, nationally and globally for its excellence in providing opportunities for intellectual, personal and professional development and growth of its students by fostering their inquiring, creative and innovative minds to succeed in life.
