MARALINER is a public bus transport operated in Malaysia owned by MARA. They was early known as Kenderaan Bas RIDA in 1960’s operated by government with their main purpose to connects rural communities. In 1985, MARA Holdings Sdn Bhd was established as the operator, as a results of privatisation policy by the government and they’re known as Kenderaan Bas MARA.

Later in 2012 the operator was incorporated as MARA Liner Sdn Bhd to perform daily transportation activities for the people to accommodate corporate social responsibility and to enhance their new transportation image, known as MARALINER in the country.
