Jabatan Agama Islam Melaka – JAIM functions are:

• • To manage the administration, financial, information technology and customer services.
• • To provide the facilities to Islamic education through kindergartens until high school.
• • To provide the family institution service such as marriage, divorce and family counseling to the community.
• • To manage the enforcement to whom that broke the Islamic Regulation regarding the Enactment of Syariah Criminal.
• • Authorised the management of the mosque and Madrasah.
• • Organised the application of permitted certificate.
• • Survey and take action to prevent the wrong thought.
• • To manage and authorised the Islamic administration at district area.
