1. The slanting text represents the peoples “facing or moving forward” parallel with the state government to achieve rapid development and progress of the state for the benefit of the people at large.
2. Heart shape “O” with the state flag symbolises loves and commitment of the state government to ensure the people’s lives peacefully.
3. Colours symbolises the courage and maturity, whether red, yellow or black, showing strong dependence of fairness, transparency, human rights, equality and the principles of well-being.
4. The red color symbolizes the courage of each of the people to declare the truth.
5. The yellow colour symbolises good character of the state government in an effort to bring back revenues to the people of the state for peace and prosperity.
