Kosmo! is a compact version of Malaysian newspaper in Bahasa Melayu owned by Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd with their main newspaper is Utusan Malaysia. Kosmo! which the name was inspired by ‘Cosmopolis’ is believed to compete with the other local newspaper named Harian Metro (which the name came from ‘Metropolis’ of course) owned by their competitor, The New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd and their main newspaper is New Straits Times.
