LGM Properties Corporation (LGMPC) was incorporated on 1 January 2002 under the Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) Act 1996 and began its operations on 1 July 2002. The Corporation is entrusted with the following responsibilities :-

• management of land and properties owned by MRB;
• management of rented buildings and premises owned by MRB;
• providing management services and property management consultancy services to MRB, and
• providing property management consultancy services to individuals or companies involved in the rubber or rubber related industries.
