Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association (MPIA) was formed to represent, develop and support the growing Solar PV industry in the country. The need for MPIA was mooted by Solar PV industry companies and was subsequently registered with the Malaysian Registrar of Societies (ROS) on May 5, 2006.
