1 \u00a0Acceptance The Use Of Vectorise Services Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n
Your request to and use of Vectorise Services is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Vectorise Services\u00a0for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Vectorise Services\u00a0you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Vectorise Services.<\/p>\n

2 \u00a0Payment<\/b><\/p>\n
You can find the payment options at the footer \/ bottom page. Currently we provide pay via Paypal for international user, and via local (Malaysia) banks; Maybank or Public Bank. For others option, kindly contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/b>2.1 \u00a0You must agree to the budget or the price of the services you made request in the Request Form(s) provided.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.2 \u00a0You cannot change the agreed budget or the price you\u00a0<\/span>choose<\/span>\u00a0later after you confirmed with the proposed design(s) or artwork(s) we submit. Unless we mentioned that we agree to confirm the new budget or price for you.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.3 \u00a0You must pay the\u00a0<\/span>upfront 50% deposit as stated in the <\/span>Logo Design page<\/a>\u00a0and\/or <\/span>Vector Illustration page<\/a>\u00a0to secure your request order<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.4 \u00a0You <\/span>may also have the option to pay the full amount of the agreed budget or price you choose in the Request Form.<\/span> <\/p>\n 3 \u00a0Your Rights Reserve<\/b><\/p>\n 3.1 \u00a0All the design(s) and\/or artwork(s) that we produce and sold to you, is belongs to you.\u00a0We don’t hold the rights or copyrights of\u00a0sold\u00a0design(s) and\/or artwork(s).<\/p>\n 3.2 \u00a0You may cancel your order BEFORE we submit the first design(s) proposal to your email. You must contact us or email us immediately if you are sure to cancel your order. We will refund your deposit later.<\/p>\n 3.3 \u00a0We will provide the final artwork(s) in vector format, Adobe illustrator, EPS (optional upon request) and you may also request the sold artwork(s) to be saved in any standard raster image format, i.e jpeg, gif, png, tiff, psd, etc.<\/p>\n 3.4 In any\u00a0case if we cannot provide the services\u00a0as requested\u00a0(no proposals, artworks or any files submitted to you) after deposit or payment have been made,\u00a0and you receive no feed back from us within the time frame, then\u00a0you may request for money back, kindly contact us.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4 \u00a0Our Rights Reserve<\/strong><\/p>\n 4.1 \u00a0We will\u00a0entertain requests order made with paid deposit as stated in term no.\u00a02 Payment<\/strong>\u00a0above. We have the right not to\u00a0entertain any\u00a0requests without upfront deposit.<\/p>\n 4.2 \u00a0We will NOT\u00a0entertain any refund deposit’s claim if you cancel your order AFTER we have submitted our first design proposal.\u00a0The deposit will cover our designer’s time and commitment of the done design’s proposal.<\/p>\n 4.3 \u00a0We might require enough time to complete the job(s), please consider 3 to 7 days (or more), depends on the type of the job itself. The designer in charge will contact you. Any urgent job(s) request will not be entertain.<\/p>\n 4.4 We have the rights to show the sample image’s of the sold artwork(s) as our portfolio in our websites’ gallery, our social media or other online designer’s portfolio sites.
