Share Logo
If you’re ready to submit your vector logo collections, please read and follow these steps on how you can share your vectors directly in this website by yourself. We encourage you as contributors to submit your vector logo in 2 steps as shown below:
- Upload in V. Forum - your vector file will be save in vectorise forum, then
- Share & Post in V. Logo - share & post it in here, your logo will also auto update to our facebook wall.

1. Upload in V. Forum
Go to V. Forum and log-in, if you’re new, please register (you can also use your facebook account to connect) Log-in.
After you’ve Logged-in, you can start Upload your vector logo/file(s), by entering to Downloads page, click Downloads button (as shown below).
V. Forum header page
- Klik menu button ‘Downloads‘ (to get into Downloads page)
- Klik submenu ‘Add File‘ (to get into Add File page)
note: if the ‘Add File’ links not available, it means you need to Log-in first.
In the Add File page
- Name the file – full logo name
- Insert your username as Author
- Some info related to the file/logo, from their official website, etc.
- Select Category where it should belongs to
- Browse file/logo (from your pc) or choose Link to a File (if your source are from other website)
- Click Add File button to proceed

Successfully uploaded, your file/logo is ready to be Download, you can then share it here Vectorise Logo, by make a post.
- Copy the Download URL link file
- and you can start post (Paste the URL link) here in Vectorise Logo.. please follow steps Share & Post in V. Logo below to share & make post of your just uploaded logo.

2. Share & Post in V. Logo
Note: We have set the status of New Registered user from ‘Author‘ to ‘Contributor‘, to avoid unauthorised users posting spams, irrelevant post, ads, marketing, bla bla bla.. So when you start your first post, we will review your post before we approve it.
Register to start Posting
If you are Contributor
For new registered user, you will be assigned as Contributor status and in the admin panel Dashboard, you can:
- Add New Post – provide Post Title, some text info related & put the URL link for the file to download
- Submit Post – your first Post will be review by the admin prior to be publish
After your post has been reviewed and approved, we will publish it with your name, your status will be upgrade to Author, we will notified you. You can then make a real Post & Publish yourself for the next posts later.
If you are Author
As Author, you can do more:
- Add New Post
- Add Image Preview (not available if your status is ‘Contributor’)
- Publish Post – your post will up in the front page
Simply follow the steps below how to make Post & Publish.
After you Logged-in, there will be an adminbar on top of page, click Dashboard.
You’re now in Dashboard of wordpress admin’s panel, at the left sidebar menu under Posts, click Add New
- Type name of the logo in the Title box – (full name will make it easier to be Searched)
- Add an Image button - to attach sample image preview (png / jpg)
- Put a little bit text info about the logo (just copy from their website or related)
- Type & Paste the Download URL link (the vector file URL that you just uploaded & copied at first)
- Choose Categories related to the logo & Publish.

Congratulation.. you’d just successfully make a post & sharing vector logo.. welcome to the community of vectorians 
Note: Your post will be on the front page of vectorise logo and will be automatically update in our facebook timeline. Like our facebook page to get notified update directly to your facebook too.

Vector Logo Sharing Requirements:
- Files should be in Adobe Illustrator format & saved to version 10 (preferred)*,
- Make sure all fonts were create outline & all effects/filters (if any) were expand appearance**,
- Make it in cmyk color mode (rgb for onscreen logo only) & try your best to get the original color code
* pls make sure to tick ‘create pdf compatible file‘ (in the option box when you click save),
choose version 10 will void version conflicts for legacy users.
** to ‘create outline‘ -> select all -> (menu) Type -> Create Outline
to ‘expand appearance‘ -> select all -> (menu) Object -> Expand Appearance.
