Pengarahnya, Datuk Azmi Hashim berkata, sebagai langkah permulaan, pihaknya telah memberi tumpuan mewujudkan zon tersebut di empat lokasi utama di bandar raya ini.

Menurutnya, empat lokasi terbabit adalah kawasan warisan di Banda Hilir, sekitar Pusat Dagangan Antarabangsa Melaka (MITC), bandar Jasin dan tempat awam di Majlis Perbandaran Alor Gajah (MPAG).
