Holistic medicine evolved over the past up to the new mellinium in the 21st century. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), 80% of the world population still practice traditional medicine based on herbs and natural resources. Perubatan Holistik Jawi (Jawi Holistic Medicine) founded by Tuan Hj Ismail b Hj Ahmad, combines a variety of alternative treatment methods in the world. In 2004, Institusi Latihan Herba Al-Wahida (INTIBAH) has organised a program of learning about herbs and multi-level marketing strategies to all distributors, agents and stockists.
