Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital has been operating since April 1985. Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital is a government hospital with more than 800 beds and 20 clinical departments and is located at in South Klang in the Klang district. Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital is also the main reference hospital for other districts such as Sabak Bernam, Petaling, Kuala Langat, Kuala Selangor and Sepang. Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital gives attention to patient ambulance care and also have helicopter landing area for emergency purposes. Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital also has medical teaching facilities for medical students from University Malaya.

Among the Clinical Services includes: General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, Psychiatric, Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatric, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Pathology and Blood Bank, Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Forensicsand Daily Treatment Center.
